Today someone who deserved a lot better, had a bad day. This was on top of a bad week and indeed a very tough year.

Bad days happen to us all occasionally and goodness knows in the last two years I’ve racked up a few.
Is it Karma? Fate? Is there a reason? Are we being punished? We all ask ourselves time and again, despite knowing full well we will never have an answer.
In this case, what makes me particularly angry, is that she did not in any way deserve this latest knock. This is someone truly remarkable, with courage and a set of values, very rare today. And therefore this just seems one set-back too far.
I want to help, to reach out, to do anything I can to undo, make the day start over and of course I can’t. One never can…
Let’s call this person ‘Number 97’ a number that should resonate with her…
Now if we look at that number there is some encouragement to be had…
